Hey everyone, I’m freaking out a little. I have to do my presentation for class, and I have NO idea where to start. I’m not great at public speaking, and I don’t want to just stand there awkwardly reading off my slides while everyone zones out. Have you tried box breathing?? Inhale for 4 sec, hold for 4 sec, exhale for 4 sec. Do this right before you start - it seriously calms you down. And if you mess up just pause, breathe, and keep going - I promise you most people are not even paying attention
